Hi.
Good day.
I have question, am I required to apply for a visa to enter Namibia?

My current passport was issued from Philippines but I am married to a Norwegian citizen and live here in Norway for not more than two years now. And we are planning for a 2-weeks travel to Namibia early next year for vacation, so I am wondering if I should have a visa with me?

I would greatly appreciate your response to this inquiries.

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately only Nordic citizens are exempted from visa but you are more than welcome to apply for a visa from us here in Sweden.

Good day and thank you for the reply. I hope you don't mind if I ask more.

In the Application for Visa form, I am just not so sure on item 19, 20 and few on page 2.

On item 19, should I specify that I am accompanied by my husband instead?

On item 20, is it okay to use US$ currency? At least how much amount should I be in possession? And should I have the amount(cash) on hand during my entry?

On page 2, what is the difference between item number 2(a) and item number 10? On item number 6, we don't have relatives in Namibia. Is it possible to fill-up this item with name of a friend who is the one inviting us to visit there?

I hope you'll be able to enlighten me with all these confusions. Thank you very much.
